Many of the women who come to me arrive after a long season of achievement, caregiving, or healing — outwardly capable, inwardly running on empty. From the outside, everything is handled. On the inside, something essential has gone quiet.

- a difficulty receiving support, even when it's freely offered
- relational self-abandonment — tending everyone, at the cost of yourself

Mentorship with Katherine is designed to support women in unwinding these patterns far beneath the level of the nervous system, addressing the causal imprints, beliefs, and in some cases karma.
Through psychologically grounded embodiment work, relational inquiry, somatic practice, spiritual integration, and individualized mentorship, women begin restoring connection to a more coherent way of living and leading.

- a 30-minute onboarding session to map the terrain and name what's ready to move
- weekly 90-minute private sessions
- personalized somatic practices, delivered as PDF and audio, to carry the work into your daily life
- ongoing text and voice support between sessions, so you're held in real time, not only on the calendar
- the option of in-person work in Spain (arranged separately)
