The mentorship begins with a 60-minute foundational session designed to clarify your current patterns, desires, leadership challenges, relational dynamics, and developmental edge.
Katherine creates an individualized pathway of mentorship, practices, and integrative material tailored to your unique process.
The container includes:
- weekly 60-minute private sessions
- personalized somatic, relational, and reflective practices for deepening between sessions
- ongoing support through text and voice messaging as needed
- access to relevant course material and monthly circles at reduced rates during the mentorship period
- possibility of in-person immersion work in Spain when aligned (*travel and immersion fees separate)
Mentorship is designed as a sustained process of integration and refinement rather than short-term intervention.
Clients typically commit to a 4–9 month pathway depending on their goals, capacity, and stage of development.
