- The mentorship begins with a 60-minute foundational session designed to clarify your current patterns, desires, leadership challenges, relational dynamics, and developmental edge.
The 4 month container includes:
- 30 minute onboarding session
- weekly 90-minute private sessions
- personalized somatic, relational, and reflective practices for deepening between sessions in PDF or audio format
- ongoing support through text and voice messaging as needed
- possibility of in-person immersion work in Spain when aligned (*travel and immersion fees separate)
Mentorship is designed as a sustained process of integration and refinement rather than short-term intervention.
