Shadow work is a necessary component of our authentic embodiment. We all have a shadow. No one is exempt. The more we discover, meet honestly, and embrace our shadow, the more it becomes a resource of deep power and truth. It becomes the deep ground that holds us through the ups and downs of our human existence. And it becomes the fertile field of our deepening love for ourselves and for humanity.
Shadow pods are two person deep facilitation containers that support you in meeting your inner most edge of vulnerability, depth, and power. You can choose your partner or trust Katherine to assign you. Couples love to engage in these pods together to increase intimacy, depth, and authentic connecction. Shadow pods are perhaps the most deeply transformative aspect of this work, and grant profound empowerment into living and being more of who we naturally are.

Pods are 90 minutes and 200 euros per meeting.
I support authentic awakening through eastern spiritual science and western somatic and shadow integration. For almost two decades, I have guided hundreds of women (and men) into the deepest levels of true soul embodiment.
I have devoted my life to forging, refining and sharing a modern pathway for women to attain and embody their unique realization through the timeless wisdom borne from within their own body.
When a woman accesses her unique codes of love-power-wisdom through this path, she becomes a living blessing to herself, her loved ones and all whom she serves. The current phase of my work is focused on helping emerging female leaders define their work in the world in a way that supports the up-liftment of humanity.
